One of the five members of the well-known band Why Don’t We, Daniel Seavey is an American singer who is most recognized for his work with them. He is also well-known for participating in the fourteenth season of the American Idol singing competition.

Jeffrey Seavey and Keri Seavey welcomed Daniel Seavey into the world on April 2, 1999, in Vancouver, Washington, in the United States.
His mother was a blogger and a biblical counselor, while his father was a pastor at Living Water Community Church.
He has three siblings: Anna Grace Seavey, who was born on March 6, 2001, and two elder brothers, Tyler Seavey and Christian Seavey, who were both born on March 28, 1997, and September 5, 1994, respectively.
Christian, his acting sibling, has appeared in a number of stage shows as well as short films like Caesura, Cold Tracks, and Hundred Proof. Career In Music
At the age of seven, Daniel Seavey started taking music lessons and was given his first exposure to the piano, guitar, violin, cello, mandolin, and other instruments. He used to go to Portland with his father as a child to perform music during art walks on the streets there.
He participated in the 14th season of American Idol while still in high school when he was only fifteen years old. He performed Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah and Paula Abdul’s Straight Up for the San Francisco audition of the program. He received attention for his talent at such a young age and was ranked ninth.
He launched his own YouTube channel after the show and appeared in Jax’s music video for the song “La La Land” as a cameo. He joined the group Why Don’t We in 2016, which was founded on September 27th by him and four other aspiring singers. Only the Beginning, the band’s debut EP, was published on November 25, 2016, and Something Different, its follow-up, was released in April 2017.
The band has now become well-known throughout the world and has put out multiple EPs and a full album called 8 Letters.
