Bayley Bio vhas gained a lot of fame and fans since her wrestling career began in 2008. “Sports is serious to me…I want to be a women’s champion,” she wrote in high school.
Similarly, she channeled her passion and obsession into sports and won championship titles. Bayley is one of only a few female Latino wrestlers.

The identity of her father has not been revealed. She grew up with her three brothers and sisters. She has two sisters, Melissa and Brenda Marie, and one brother, Manuel.
Martinez was raised in Newark, California, by Mexican parents. Ann B, Bayley’s mother, gave birth to her on June 15, 1989.
Martinez went to Independence High School and was very active in sports. She is very dedicated to sports, from basketball to volleyball.
While other girls fantasized about butterflies and teddy bears, she fantasized about punching and kicking.

She began training at the age of 18 to pursue her dream of becoming a wrestler. Her head trainer would call her mother and ask for permission to conduct the training. Her mother realized all she wanted to do was wrestle and eventually gave in.
Bayley had been going to Big Time Wrestling shows since she was 11 years old. As a result, she began attending Big Time Wrestling’s training classes in April 2008 and was trained weekly by Jason Styles.
Independent Circuit | Bayley
She made her debut in September 2008, after months of preparation. Davina Rose was her ring name on the independent circuit. Until 2012, she wrestled for Big Time Wrestling.
Between 2011 and 2012, she also wrestled for NWA Championship Wrestling from Hollywood, Shine Wrestling, and Pro Wrestling Destination.
She made her Shimmer Women Athletes debut in October 2011.
She, unfortunately, lost all four matches. At the age of 23, she won her first game in 2012. In Shimmer Women Athletes Volume 48, she defeated Melanie Cruise and Mena Libra.
In December 2012, she signed a contract with WWE.

In January 2013, she made her live event debut in WWE’s developmental territory NXT. She wrestled in a mask and went by the ring name “Bayley,” making her NXT television debut on March 20 but losing to Paige.

Martinez’s first WWE victory came in September 2013, when she teamed up with Charlotte to defeat Alicia Fox and Aksana. Nonetheless, she won her second WWE match against Summer Rae in January 2014.
She defeated Sasha Banks in August 2014 to become the number one contender for Charlotte’s NXT Women’s Championship. She did not, however, win the championship because she was defeated by Charlotte.
Bayley was attacked by Banks and Becky Lynch, a former friend, on November 27, episode. This injured her knee and did not return until the episode on January 21, 2015.
Bayley defeated Sasha Banks to win her first NXT Women’s Championship on August 22, 2015. She is only the third woman in WWE history to hold two titles at the same time.

In the end, Shirai knew something the wrestling media didn’t: after Bianca Blair’s controversial 26-second loss at last year’s SummerSlam was overshadowed by Becky Lynch’s return, it was Bailey’s turn this year.
Bianca Blair and new babyface Becky Lynch faced off against Bailey, Kai, and Shirai. The five women teased each other about getting physical until the heel side caved.
