Alysia Grace, Alexis’s daughter, was diagnosed with hydrocephalus shortly after birth. It is a medical disorder in which fluid accumulates in the brain, causing brain damage.
The reality star withheld this information from the public and instead covered Alysia’s head with caps and headgear. Finally, in November 2018, she announced the news on Instagram. Similarly, her daughter underwent surgery a year later, in January, to rectify a malfunction of the previously implanted shunt.
