Junior Profession
From 2000 to 2007, Adam Rippon was coached by Yelena Sergeeva. At the 2005 U.S. Championships, he won his first silver medal at the Novice level.
Adam competed in the Junior Division the same year and won his first gold medal. Similarly, Adam made his ISU Junior Grand Prix debut in the 2005-06 season.
By the end of 2007, he had left Yelena and started working with Nikolai Morozov. Following that, Adam competed in the Grand Prix season, the Cup of Russia, and many other events.
