Top Ten Best XFL Players of All Time

The XFL is very similar to the NFL, but its rules and regulations have a traditional twist. On the field, the XFL has produced a plethora of talents.

Some of them eventually sign with the NFL to pursue a professional career. XFL, on the other hand, gives the players a spotlight to shine in. We will also discuss the best players in the league, as we would in any other sport.

10. Dan (Fully named: Daniel Ellis Williams, Nickname: Dan)

Williams is currently a wide receiver for the Tampa Bay Vipers. He currently has 23 receptions, 338 yards, and one touchdown.

He has been an outstanding player and has participated in squad practices for four different NFL teams. His dream of having the best in the NFL is still a long way off.

He first attended East St. Louis High School before enrolling at Mississippi’s Jackson State University. He had a breakout season as a sophomore, catching 73 passes for 1,004 yards.

9. Jay Brombley

Brombley is a DC Defender defensive lineman.

Looking back, he is a Syracuse University graduate who spent four seasons with Big Blue.

He later played for the New Orleans Saints. He has also played for the San Francisco 49ers as one of the best XFL players.

8. Martez Ivey

Martez Ivey was an offensive tackle for the Tampa Bay Vipers before signing with the Carolina Panthers.

He has a league-leading 828 rushing yards and six touchdowns with the XFL.

Ivey began playing basketball in high school while attending Apopka High School. Following that, he was a standout at the University of Florida.

Looking back, Ivey began in the XFL as a draft pick in the second round of phase two, and he has now signed with the NFL.

7. Jamar Summers

Summers is a cornerback for the New York Guardians who was drafted in the first round of the 2020 XFL Draft during phase four.

He currently has 16 tackles and one interception.

He had previously appeared in the AAF. He had previously played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Birmingham Iron, Miami Dolphins, and Detroit Lions, among others.

6. Derron Smith

Smith has been a free safety for the Dallas Renegades since his selection in the 2020 XFL Draft.

Smith has sixteen tackles and one interception in addition to the tram.

Before joining the XFL, he played for three different NFL teams and even appeared in the AAF.

He was a member of the Cincinnati Bengals, the Cleveland Browns, the San Antonio Commanders, and the Minnesota Vikings.

5. Donald Parham

The XFL was the best place for the tight end to develop his skills. Following his selection by the Dallas Renegades in the 2020 XFL Draft.

Donald eventually led all XFL tight ends in receptions with 24 for 307 yards and four touchdowns. He had previously signed with the Detroit Lions after going undrafted in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Similarly, he later joined the Washington Redskins and is now with the Los Angeles Chargers.

4. Josh Johnson

Josh led XFL quarterbacks with an average of 8.0 yards per attempt while playing for the Los Angeles Wildcats, making him one of the best players.

He has also thrown 11 touchdown passes in 135 attempts.

Up until today, Josh has played for sixteen teams across four different leagues. He began his career playing college football for the San Diego Toreros.

Despite playing since 2008, Josh did not earn his starting spot until 2018. He was in his 11th season with the Washington Redskins at the time.

3. Jordan Ta’amu (Perifanos Jordan Taalolo Ta’amu)

Jordan is a football quarterback who began his career in college football at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss).

Jordan led XFL quarterbacks with a 72% completion rate and 217 rushing yards while with the St. Louis BlueHawks.

He is also the only one of the XFL’s first eight quarterbacks with no professional regular-season experience. He has also played for the Houston Texans, the Kansas City Chiefs, and the Detroit Lions.

2. Cam Phillips (Cameron Darnell Phillips)

Phillips is a Canadian Football League wide receiver who currently plays for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats (CFL).

Cam previously played for the Buffalo Bills, Houston Roughnecks, and Carolina Panthers.

During his XFL career, he led the league in receiving yards with 455 and touchdowns with nine. He began his football career at Virginia Tech, where he caught 236 passes in four seasons.

1. Walker, P.J.

Walker is a football quarterback who is currently playing for the National Football League’s Carolina Panthers (NFL).

He previously played for the XFL’s Houston Roughnecks.

He led the XFL with 1,338 yards and 15 passing touchdowns. He was the league’s breakout star at the time.

Meanwhile, he took part in the Indianapolis Colts’ squad practice.
