Kim Collins is a former track and field sprinter. He won the World Championship in the 100 meters in 2003. From 1996 to 2016, he competed in five Summer Olympics for his nation, becoming the country’s first athlete to reach an Olympic final. From 1995 to 2015, he competed in ten World Championships in Athletics, winning five medals.
Kim Collins finished second in the 60 meters at the IAAF World Indoor Championships twice (2003, 2008). He won a gold medal at the Commonwealth Games and a silver medal at the Pan American Games at the regional level. He is the only gold medalist from Saint Kitts and Nevis at the World Championships.
