Dizzy Dean was an American professional baseball player whose full name was Jay Hanna Dizzy Dean. He is no longer a part of our lives. While he was born on January 16, 1910, he died on July 7, 1974. During his Major League Baseball (MLB) career, he played for the St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago Cubs, and St. Louis Browns.

He was also the last National League (NL) pitcher to win 30 games in a season, and he had a brash and upbeat personality (1934).

Aside from football, he became a well-known television sports analyst. In 1953, he was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame.
