Horton reported the illness as causing him to have sluggish days, restless nights, difficulties balancing, and acute weariness. He went on to say that because the disease is caused by high levels of stress and burnout, it’s important to maintain healthy habits and avoid succumbing to pressure. Physical activity, hydration, proper sleep, a nutritious diet, and mindfulness are all good practices that will contribute to a healthy and active existence.

Despite the fact that Tony Horton’s fitness path has been filled with ups and downs, he has never let anything impact his fitness philosophy and continues to inspire millions of people across the world to make fitness a daily part of their routine.
