His passion for fitness is so strong that he keeps his social media accounts updated with training videos and motivational talks on a regular basis.
As a result, his supporters were taken aback when he revealed that he was suffering from Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. Horton has gone a long way in his recovery since his diagnosis, and nothing has been able to stop him in his pursuit of fitness.

Tony Horton’s Illness Isn’t Stopping Him From Thriving In His Professional Life
Horton’s sickness has prompted him to adopt a more holistic outlook on life. As a result, he decided to leave Beachbody, the company with which he had spent 20 years, and start his own training program, Power Nation. He’s also worked on other initiatives such as TH Care, skin and hair care brand, and Power Life Nutrition supplements.
Needless to say, despite being diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, he has excelled in his professional life. Horton thinks that complete recovery from any ailment can be achieved via exercise, whole meals, and a positive mindset, which he incorporates into all of his endeavors. He’s as fit as a violin at 62 years old.
Whereas most individuals would have given up after being diagnosed with cancer, Horton decided to rebuild himself from the ground up and inspires others to do the same. The Illness Has Impacted His Life
When asked how the sickness had affected his life during an interview, he explained that it had caused him to develop a vertigo-like condition, prompting him to become even more focused on complete health through nutrition, exercise, yoga, and meditation. It’s reasonable to assume that it has become his life’s slogan, since he has been spotted repeating it over and over.
He shared a photo on Instagram in October 2017 explaining how he was diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. Ramsay Hunt Syndrome is a shingles-related illness in which the facial nerve around the ears is damaged, resulting in facial paralysis and hearing loss in the affected ear.

Horton reported the illness as causing him to have sluggish days, restless nights, difficulties balancing, and acute weariness. He went on to say that because the disease is caused by high levels of stress and burnout, it’s important to maintain healthy habits and avoid succumbing to pressure. Physical activity, hydration, proper sleep, a nutritious diet, and mindfulness are all good practices that will contribute to a healthy and active existence.
Despite the fact that Tony Horton’s fitness path has been filled with ups and downs, he has never let anything impact his fitness philosophy and continues to inspire millions of people across the world to make fitness a daily part of their routine.
