Tom Hiddleston and Zawe Ashton are engaged, according to reports, after she was spotted with a massive diamond ring on her finger at the BAFTA event. The actor, 41, and the actress, 37, have been dating since they starred in the 2019 film Betrayal, and Zawe was seen wearing a large diamond ring on her ring finger.
According to The Mirror, a glowing Zawe hid her magnificent diamond-encrusted ring from cameras on the red carpet by putting a black purse over her hand instead. Following that, the Fresh Meat star posed for a photo in the ballroom of London’s Grosvenor Hotel while speaking with presenter AJ Ododu, who later shared a photo of herself with the happy couple on Instagram. Zawe smiled broadly in the photo as the eye-catching piece of jewelry gleamed on her finger.

According to The Mirror, the pair was allegedly congratulated by industry friends at the BAFTA event. Zawe has been dating Hollywood actor Tom since 2019 when they co-starred in the London stage musical Betrayal as a married couple. Zawe moved to Atlanta in 2020 to be with him, where he lives with his dog, Bobby. He had moved there earlier that year to film his Disney+ series Loki, but the coronavirus pandemic forced him to stay.
In The Marvels, on the other hand, Ashton will play a villain, though the identity of the villain has yet to be revealed. In the film, she will appear alongside Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel/Carol Danvers, Iman Vellani’s Ms. Marvel/Kamala Khan, and Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris).
