Tiffany Trump has been tremendous and active since she was a child; she used to play a variety of sports, including basketball, and her life was hectic. Tiffany has posted a photo of herself boxing with a punching bag (and challenging Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor). I couldn’t find much else, but based on her current body shape, I’d say Tiffany Trump is more focused on weight training and cardio.
Unfortunately, I can’t tell you what her workout routine entails, but I can create one for you to follow in order to achieve Tiffany Trump’s physique. The workout will last two hours every day, four to five days a week, and will include things like weight lifting, core training, cardio, and a little boxing.

You must do 30 minutes of cardio each day as part of a cardio workout routine. At the very least, the goal for this session is to burn 200 to 300 calories. Treadmills, biking, elliptical machines, Stairmasters, water rover, chicken ladders, Versa Climbers, and other cardio machines are available.
Choose your potion and do the exercise that you enjoy and are comfortable with; if you want to burn calories even faster, try an HIIT workout routine, which can burn all those calories in 15 to 20 minutes if done correctly. She used to box a lot, as I mentioned earlier. Tiffany Trump is currently not very interested in boxing, but if you want a body like hers in the past, Then do 30 minutes of boxing, which includes sparring with a trainer, punching bags, speed bags, and other equipment.
