Tiffany was raised by her parents, Jacqueline and Donald Blackmon, alongside two siblings, a sister Candice and a brother named Donald Jr. Donal, her father, is a former NFL linebacker and NFL assistant coach.
Her father had a strong influence on her as a child when it came to sports. Tiffany was an active volleyball player at North Gwinnett High School, where she played for four years. She was also named defensive Most Valuable Player and an All-State selection.
