Alfredo Rivera & The Real Spark, aka James Bates, is an American comedian, content creator, and YouTuber based in Louisiana. After releasing a mock interview in which he played the role of Alfredo Rivera, a flight attendant, he went viral on the internet.
A man is seen duct-taped to his seat in the viral video, and Bates plays a Frontier Airlines flight attendant. It’s shot in a way that makes it look like a real interview. Gabe Hudson, an American writer, shared his work on Twitter, and it quickly went viral.
The incident depicted in James’ video, however, was not a hoax. Maxwell Berry of Norwalk, Ohio, was duct-taped to his seat on a Frontier Airlines flight from Norwalk to Miami on July 31, 2021. He groped and punched flight attendants, according to the source.
