The filmmakers are teasing a sequel nearly two decades after the film’s premiere. And the news has piqued the interest of the fans.

Marlon Wayans Reaction to Terry Crews’ Statement
Marlon, who co-wrote, produced, and performed in the film with his brother Shawn, took to Instagram on July 3 to respond to Crews’ statement in the interview.
The creator uploaded a photo of his character Tiffany Wilson reacting in an unexpected way. He went on to say that as a result of Crews’ statements, fans all across the world began to wonder if the news was true. He and his crew, on the other hand, didn’t have a deal in place. He informed the audience that the picture was no longer in the works.
What did Terry Crews say about ‘White Chicks 2’?
Terry Crews, who played Latrell Spencer in the 2004 picture, claimed the sequel was in the works, revealing a lot of details about the sequel to White Chicks.
During an appearance on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live in June 2019, the 53-year-old actor recounted his encounter with Shawn, the film’s actor, and co-writer, by remarking,
Crews quipped that he was staying in shape so he could reprise his role in the film’s legacy. He said, “I’ve been working out for 15 years so I can do White Chicks 2 y’all.”
Is ‘White Chicks 2’ All But Confirmed?
As far as the official announcement for White Chicks 2 is concerned, the developers have yet to do so.
However, there is a chance that the film may be made and released in the following years, confirming Marlon’s belief that the picture is urgently needed.
