Sowon | Workout Routine and Diet Plan | Height, Weight, Body Measurements

Sowon’s Workout and Diet Plan: Sowon is a singer, dancer, and former member of the K-pop group GFRIEND. Unfortunately, they dissolved a few months ago, thus Sowon is no longer shooting for albums.

However, I am confident that Sowon would pursue a solo career or work in the Korean acting industry. She is also well known for her attractive physique and fitness. So, if you’re looking for the Sowon workout and nutrition plan, stay reading.

Diet Plan of Sowon

Sowon stated in an interview, which Koreaboo also mentioned in their piece, that she had to go on a strict diet to reduce weight. Before her reappearance, Sowon talked about crying and eating tomatoes and cucumbers for three days.

That’s why I always warn you not to follow those diets; they’re all obligated to do so by their contracts, but you’re not! So please don’t put your health at risk; even Sowon doesn’t eat like that on a regular basis; she prefers smoothies, coffees, and ramen, among other things.

Sowon typically eats in moderation and replaces junk foods with healthy foods, which explains why she appears so slender and good during her workout. Unfortunately, Sowon does not provide a complete diet, therefore you can follow the diet that I devised for you.

The Sowon diet consists of the following foods:

Breakfast

  • Avocado toast
  • Eggs

Snack

  • Fruit salad

Lunch

  • Chicken
  • Rice
  • Veggies

Evening snack

  • Smoothie or soup

Dinner

  • Salmon
  • Veggies
  • A small bowl of rice or Salad

Workout Routine in Sowon

Sowon is a former member of the GFRIEND group and a former K-pop artist. We all know how vital it is for all K-pop stars to stay in shape and keep their bodies in form. As a result, Sowon was constantly concerned about her fitness and kept herself engaged in specialized activities in order to maintain a lean and small body form. Sowon maintains her fitness even though she is not a member of any group and is on a sabbatical. Do you want to learn how to do it?

She is presently following and maintaining her figure, and I discovered her workout program on her social media. But don’t forget that Sowon’s ability to stay in shape throughout the years was mostly due to her dancing. All K-pop artists and idols are required to dance while singing, therefore they rehearse for two to three hours each day, four to five days each week.

All of the dancing contributed to her leanness and ability to stay in great shape despite working as a K-pop idol. Unfortunately, I don’t believe Sowon is still doing dance, but she is doing other workouts that idols, singers, and actresses prefer. As you can see, Sowon published this photo of herself doing Pilates on Instagram a few weeks ago.

Sowon also shared a Pilates-related post the day before yesterday. So one thing is certain: Sowon remains in shape by doing Pilates exercises. Stars like Jennie, Rosé, and a slew of other K-pop singers and actors have been spotted doing Pilates on a daily basis. It helps you gain crucial body strength, keeps you flexible, tones your muscles, and focuses on giving you a thin waistline and a well-built butt.

Now that we’ve learnt about her hobbies, let’s make them into a pattern that anyone can follow. Five days of workouts will be split into two parts: morning and evening routines. We can then give our bodies time to recover before continuing with the next training regimen. The workout will last no more than three hours per day in total.

The following exercises are part of the Sowon workout:

Morning

We’ll begin our cardio regimen in the morning. She used to do dance practice for cardio, so you may do the same and add an hour to two hours of dance fitness to your morning routine. This action will help you burn calories while also maintaining your body small, toned, and flexible.

Workout in the Evening

We will complete an hour of Pilates exercises in the evening. I’m afraid I can’t tell you much about Pilates training because I’m not familiar enough with Pilates workouts. So, if you want to use the Pilates machine that she is using in the video, I recommend joining a Pilates gym.
