In 2006, Keyshia Cole made a splash in the American music world with her smash track “Love.” Her voice and kind personality have fascinated us all since then. Despite her celebrity statis, though, nothing is known about her personal life. Here’s all you need to know about her siblings and how she deals with them in public.
Keyshia Lons is the daughter of recently departed Frankie Lons and late-in-life discovered boxing teacher Virgil Lons. Keyshia Cole has four siblings, two brothers and two sisters.
She reconciled with her biological parents after breaking into the American music scene. Her parents gave her up for adoption when she was very young, and she was fostered by family friends Leon and Yvonne Cole. Her foster parents are thought to be responsible for her last name.
Her Mother’s Passing
According to TMZ, Frankie Lons, Keyshia’s biological mother, died of a heroin overdose on the day of her 61st birthday. Sammytheghostt, her son and a rapper, shared the news on social media. Keyshia was said to be taking good care of her addicted mother and even disclosed that she had been sober for 60 days throughout her mother’s rehab.
Keyshia Cole’s Sisters: Who Are They?
Neffeteria Pugh, or just Neffe, the star of The Frankie and Neffe Show, and Elite Noel, who, like her, works in the music industry, are Keyshia’s siblings. Neffe, who is now divorced and the mother of five children, works as an executive producer, actor, and author of two books about her family life. At the time of writing, she has a verified Instagram account with 484,000 followers.
Unlike her biological sister Keyshia, Noel has no idea who her biological father is. She is, nonetheless, a popular singer, songwriter, and rapper who currently has approximately 95,000 Instagram followers.
Her single ‘BAE’ was released in 2017, and you can listen to her other songs on iTunes. Her Instagram bio lists her as the Co-CEO of Klub Kosmetics, a cosmetics company.
She Also Has Brothers
Keyshia Cole’s brother, Sean Cole, is better known by his stage moniker Nutt-So. He’s a rap veteran who’s worked with groups like Street Thugs and Mo-Savage in the past.

Sean and Keyshia both started their careers in music at a young age. When the ‘You Can’t Touch This’ hitmaker and R&B/Rap superstar MC Hammer handed the sister-brother combination a chance at the age of 12, Keyshia was accompanied by her brother Sean.
Keyshia would eventually meet rap and hip-hop legend Tupac Shakur, and she continues to pay honor to the rap superstar through her Instagram postings to this day.
As previously stated, Keyshia’s brother Sam was the first to inform them of their mother’s death. He is solely known by his first name, Sam, or his Instagram handle, Sammytheghostt. He is the least well-known of the four siblings, with little public knowledge of his musical career or associations.
