Shaquille O’Neal’s workout routine, Shaquille O’Neal’s diet plan, and O’Neal’s physical stats were the focus of this article.

Shaquille O’Neal: Workout Routine

According to Shaquille O’Neal, he never went to the gym while he was playing because he didn’t want to waste any extra energy. He was so preoccupied with training at the time that he didn’t want to do anything else.

Now it’s a different story; he claims that as he gets older, he’s doing more simple things and things that he didn’t do when he was younger. Shaquille O’Neal posted videos of his workout on his YouTube channel from day one to day seven. We’ll talk about it because it’s only been a month since he uploaded it.

Shaquille O’Neal’s Workout consists of:

The first day

On the first day, he demonstrated him boxing for a long time, for 20 to 30 minutes with a punching bag. It’s a lot for someone with a large body. After that, he went to the abs machine, which he absolutely destroyed. He repeated this for ten minutes, pausing for a few seconds in between.

For the past three months, Shaquille O’Neal has been doing this every day. After that, he moves on to the triceps pushdown. He doesn’t take breaks in between, claiming that if you don’t do cardio, you won’t be able to rest. So he goes to the triceps pushdown machine and does it, then bench press after that chest press machine, and you’re done for the day.

Day two

Day 2 of Shaquille O’Neal’s program is a cardio day in which we simply bike at a medium pace while using various levels of resistance. He can’t treadmill because he’s too big, so he sticks to biking and other activities. He goes for a 30-minute bike ride and then calls it a day.

3rd day

Start with a 10-minute abs machine and take a break in between. Go to the chest press machine that is on the decline. I’m not sure what it’s called, but it’s similar to the chest press machine. Then it’s time for some preacher curls on the biceps. This is what Shaq refers to as the beast. That concludes Shaquille O’Neal’s third day.

4th day

This is another cardio day with some leg work. As a result, for his cardio workout, he uses a cross trainer. Shaquille O’Neal’s size makes the cross trainer appear to be a tricycle. After 30 minutes, he moves on to the leg press. Shaquille O’Neal’s legs are skinny, and he needs to bulk them up.

5th day

Day 5 is all about cardio. He bikes for about 30 minutes for that, and that’s it.

6th day

He does cardio and abs for 30 minutes on the bike and cross trainer, then 10 minutes on the abs machine.

7th day

Is the day he posted on Instagram about his gains.

He’s definitely working out now and getting more exercise. Maybe that’s something he didn’t tell you about his workout.
