Clement Giraudet is now seen as the ideal husband material, having persuaded the two-time divorced actress to marry him after only a year of dating. Clement and his bride married in a low-key wedding ceremony with only a few guests.

After a 14-year marriage with her Mystic River actor spouse, Sean Penn ended in 2010, actress Robin Wright married her two decades younger partner, Clement Giraudet, on August 11, 2018.
Only a year into their relationship, the pair exchanged wedding vows in southeastern France at a low-key, intimate ceremony attended by the couple’s closest friends and family members. Clement, who has not yet revealed his birthday, invited the couple’s few guests to join them on their big day.
Robin, 52, looked stunning in a ‘bohemian lace wedding gown’ likely chosen by stylist Kemal Harris for the occasion.
According to an insider, Clement and his The Blade Runner 2049 actress bride want to celebrate their wedding day rather than publicize it.
Robin’s 27-year-old daughter, Dylan Frances Penn, released a video of herself and the guests enjoying the wedding on her Instagram on 12 August 2018, labeling it “Wedding Vibes.”
“It was very intimate and low-key. Robin wanted it to be about them, not a big production.”
Dylan failed to mention that the ‘wedding Vibe’ was none other than her mother, and she was also seen dancing at the subsequent reception, which was held in the commune of La Roche-sur-le-Buis. It has now been revealed that she uploaded footage from her mother’s wedding.
Clement Giraudet, a fashion executive, has been dating the House of Cards star since 2017. The pair made their first public appearance in France in September 2017, during Paris Fashion Week, when they watched a soccer match with Robin’s son, Hopper Penn.
Following their public appearance, the pair were also seen celebrating their holidays in Tahoe City, California in December 2017. Aside from Clement, Robin has had romantic connections with a number of celebrities in the past.
Past Relationships And Marriages of Clement’s Wife
Robin’s wedding to Clement isn’t her first; she’s walked down the aisle twice before. Her first marriage may not be well-known to the general public because it was short-lived and mostly ignored by the media. In 1986, the Pour Les Femmes co-founder married her NBC Santa Barbara co-star Dane Witherspoon. In 1988, the couple divorced after a brief relationship. Dane died in 2014, at the age of 56.
In 1990, after her first marriage ended, Robin fell in love with her co-star in the film State of Grace, Sean Penn, and they began living together. In addition, before they married, the previous couple had a daughter named Dylan and a son named Hopper.
Robin and Sean married in 1996 in front of their children. The couple’s commitment, however, came to an end with their divorce in 2010.
Robin began dating her Rampart co-star Ben Foster in February 2012, after her relationship with her children’s father ended. They got engaged after two years of dating in January 2014 but called off their engagement in November 2014. However, the pair quickly reconnected in January 2015, only to split up again later that year. The on-again, off-again pair called it quits on their second engagement in August 2015.
Clement, on the other hand, has not revealed any history of previous affairs or marriages.
With her painful prior relationship behind her, Robin seemed to have found the perfect husband in the dashing Saint Laurent VIP relations job manager, whom she chose despite the two-decade age difference.
