People may not know much about Robert Bakish, an American business executive who serves as the CEO of the newly merged CBS and Viacom, despite several years at the helm of an impressive set of companies.
Robert got a lot out of his formal education, which included an MBA from Columbia Business School and an undergraduate course at the Fu Foundation School of Engineering & Applied Science. Bio and Career
Looking back at his career timeline, Robert, age 55, got hired at the Booz Allen Hamilton company for his very first job way back in 1990.
He quickly ascended the corporate ladder, eventually becoming a partner and vice president.
He then worked on a variety of platforms before joining the Viacom team in January 2001. The journey of multiple decades sure has been worthwhile.
For the time being, when the New Jersey native is not running his business, he can be found in his personal space at his family’s home in New York.
