Riley Voelkel was born on April 26, 1990, in Elk Grove, California, United States. Her family, however, relocated to Canada when she was a child. Riley thus spent the majority of her childhood in Canada.
She was the middle kid in a family of five. She has two brothers, one elder and one younger.
Career
Riley’s career in modeling began in the early 2000s. She was chosen by a modeling scout who visited her community. She then worked as a model for a brief time.
She made her feature film debut in the critically acclaimed film The Social Network (2010). Her minor role, however, went unnoticed.
Later, she rose to prominence as Claire in the comedy-drama Prom (2011). She then participated in television shows such as The Newsroom (2012–2014), American Horror Story: Coven (2013), Glory Daze (2010), The Mentalist (2012), and Glee (2014), to mention a few.
She has also appeared in films such as Hidden Moon (2012), Point of Honor (2015), and Brampton’s Own (2018).
