Workout Routine of Post Malone

I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but Post Malone isn’t the fittest guy in the music industry, and if you didn’t know, I’ll tell you right now that the singer doesn’t have a fitness routine that he’ll stick to.

He drinks a lot of beer, so even if he eats well, his chances of getting a flat stomach and abs are slim unless he quits drinking for good. The artists also consume a moderate amount of calories, which helps him maintain his weight, despite the fact that he doesn’t eat that much on any given day.
