Pop Icon Beyoncé Trying To Take Online Weight Gain Criticism Positively!

Beyoncé is frequently questioned, harassed, and mocked about her weight, despite her larger-than-life personality and tremendous contribution to the entertainment industry.

On November 28, 2021, a Twitter user said, “You can watch Beyoncé gaining weight right before our eyes during this pandemic.”

“I think my name carries more weight than beyoncé and zendaya,” she tweeted on November 27.

However, it appears that Beyoncé is unconcerned about the rumors circulating on the internet, particularly in regards to her prospective weight gain and weight loss. The ‘Crazy in Love’ singer originally confessed to Harper’s Bazaar in August 2021 that she began experiencing criticism for gaining weight while she was just a teenager.

“I recall when I began to hear people criticize me when I gained some weight. I was 19 years old at the time “she explained. “I couldn’t wear any of the sample clothing.”

She went on to say that hearing “some of the comments” made her feel insecure about her figure.

“When life hands you lemons, make lemonade,” Beyoncé said at the time. During the interview, the 40-year-old singer revealed that one day she awoke determined to refuse to feel sorry for herself and disregard the weight increase comments.

Meanwhile, she inspired herself by writing a song called ‘Bootylicious.’ It was the “start of my taking everything life threw at me and turning it into something empowering for other women and men who were going through the same thing,” she said.

She was also inspired by her parents.

Beyoncé, born Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter, learnt to disregard difficulties from her parents, such as weight growth criticisms, in addition to her music.

In an earlier interview, she stated that she regarded her mother, Tina Knowles, as her queen, someone who was strong and kind.

“With calloused hands and swollen feet, she labored 18 hours a day. She was always professional, caring, and nurturing, no matter how exhausted she was “she explained. “I try to approach my work and conduct my business in the same manner.”

Mathew Knowles, her father, pushed her to write music and pursue her dreams. As a result, she credits him for encouraging her to start creating and producing music at a young age.
