Pokimane included her food in her video of a day in the life of a streamer. She only ate twice and skipped lunch, which is fine, but I wouldn’t recommend it because she spends most of her time sitting and only moves when she goes to the gym.

Workout Routine for Pokimane

Pokimane, on the other hand, is not a particularly active person. We all know that, but how does she keep her body in shape when she isn’t particularly active? While it may appear that playing games for 4 to 8 hours is enjoyable, believe me when I say that it is not. At least not for the average person, but streamers don’t have much of a choice; if they want to make money, they must stream as a job.

Now, as for how Pokimane stays in shape, the first thing she does is work out almost every day. Pokimane’s home is equipped with weights, dumbbells, and a few other pieces of fitness equipment. Aside from that, she also shared a video of her day in the life of a gamer. Pokimane said in the video that she works out three times a week. Normally, she goes on alternate days such as Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but she also goes on random days.

Mike, her personal trainer, creates the workouts and keeps them fresh. A Pokimane fan posted this video of her doing lower body resistance band and ankle weight exercises. So I’m guessing her workouts consist mostly of a variety of activities that emphasize the lower and core muscles. It wouldn’t surprise me if Pokimane does that, as many female celebrities prefer to focus solely on those two areas.

As a result, we’ll do a circuit training routine that combines weight training, resistance training, and some bodyweight exercises. After that, do a cardio finisher routine. We’ll only go to the gym four days a week to keep it as close to the Pokimane workout as possible, but we’ll work out at home the other two days.
