The incident occurred at a rental house on Brushy Street in East Austin in the early morning hours.
Furthermore, Thomas told police that he and Nina had a fight over drinking too much alcohol, prompting him to leave the house and call his brother, Seth Thomas, to pick him up before going to watch TV with other women in their home.
