Yoga and Pilates can be done twice a day to achieve a thin waistline, slender frame, and toned muscles. They will help improve your flexibility by relaxing and working your muscles.

Then you can do spinning classes for two days, which are great for burning calories. If done correctly, an hour lesson may burn over 1000 calories, making it one of the greatest workouts available.
