New season of ‘The Bachelor: After the Rose’ with Emmanuel Acho

AS FORMER HOST CHRIS HARRISON STEPS DOWN, MULTI-TALENTED EMMANUEL ACHO IS OFFICIALLY THE NEW HOST FOR THE ABC REALITY TELEVISION DATING SHOW ‘THE BACHELOR: AFTER THE ROSE.’

The Bachelor’s nation has been served with controversy for nearly a week. Also, the rocky roads, as well as the contestants’ shady comments and scandals, came to an end on March 15.

Initially, contestant Rachael Kirkconnell and her husband, Bryan Abasolo, proposed to Acho as the host.

They suggested that Acho step up for the new season during their interview with The People.

Overall, Emmanuel accepted the hosting request on February 27, according to his Instagram uploads. Indeed, with a rose in his hand, he captioned his photograph,

“IT’S OFFICIAL: I’ve accepted the Rose and am thrilled to be hosting the @bachelorabc,” she said. This year, after the Final Rose. It’s been a pivotal season, and this episode will hopefully go down as one of the most memorable in television history. Empathy is required, and change is on the way. Spread the word! I’ll see you all later!”

So, what prompted Chris Harrison’s departure from the show?

During an interview with Rachel Kirkconnell on the season’s mid-February show, Chris Harrison asked a controversial question. Apparently, his comments sparked racist accusations.

In fact, it came up in the show when one of her social media posts portrayed it as a scandal. It was, after all, related to the pre-Civil War era and reinforced racist imagery from that time period.

Regarding the images, Chris Harrison posed the following question:

“Is it a bad look in 2018, or is it a bad look in 2021?”

As the words were spoken, they eventually fell into the controversial abyss. Following that, Harrison apologized in an interview with “Good Morning America.”

“I made a mistake. I made a blunder. And I’m not a perfect man; I made a mistake, and I accept responsibility for it. “I sincerely apologize to Rachel Lindsay and the black community.”

“I’m embarrassed by how ignorant I was. I was completely wrong. I sincerely apologize to the Black and BIPOC communities. My words were poisonous.”

As a result, Chris Harrison announced his departure from the show, stating that he will be stepping down temporarily.

So, who exactly is Emmanuel Acho?

In fact, Emmanuel Acho is not someone who can be described in a few words. As a result, here are a few words for him and from him.

“I enjoy serving as a bridge for reconciliation.” Our world is fractured and divided; my goal is to bring it back together.”

Best-selling “Uncomfortable Conversations with a Black Man,” by Emmanuel Acho, was a New York Times and Amazon bestseller in 2020.

His book, it appears, highlights systemic racism and depicts uncomfortable situations in the world. Furthermore, it depicts the reality of white privilege and the rise of racism in the community.

Overall, he concludes on a positive note, encouraging everyone to fight racism.

Emmanuel Acho is a former professional linebacker who played in the National Football League. He reportedly began playing during his college years and was first drafted by the Cleveland Browns.

Acho, on the other hand, had a brief four-year career.

Work in the Media

Emmanuel Acho is also a co-host of the Fox sports show Speak for Yourself. In addition to that, he hosts the weekly activist webcast Uncomfortable Conversations with a Black Man.

Acho is a baritone and pianist who also hosts the Texas Gameday Desk on the Longhorn Network.

Support for Rachael Kirkconnell and Bryan Abasolo
Apparently, Emmanuel Acho stood up for the couple following the scandal, so they have their back.

Rachael Kirkconnell is the first black “Bachelorette.” As a result, she took his back as he took hers, stating that she wanted Acho to host the finale.

He stated his intention and motive to reconcile as soon as he began hosting The Bachelor.

What’s more intriguing is that he reconciles first before releasing the tension. Overall, Acho is the one who is not afraid to speak up and express himself in appropriate situations.

According to the speculation, this is what qualifies him to host the show in which he brings love together.

As excited as we are for the seasons, Acho is preparing with the same zeal.

In addition, a day before his new beginning, he posted an Instagram photo with the caption,

“Be prepared to witness conversations you’ve probably never seen on traditional television.” It’s a pleasure to serve you.”
