According to the reports, Troy Pierson, 17, was operating the pickup truck when it was over the center line and entered Kinison’s lane. Sam, who was not buckled in, struck the windshield with his head and was declared dead at the site.

But then he began fondling me and pulling me close to him. The more I fought, the more animated he got.
Later, she even brought a lawsuit against him, which she ultimately dropped. However, the claimed rapist Carter refuted the claim, stating that they had a consensual sexual connection and that he had never raped the woman.
