Fitness Training with Mat Fraser
Mat Fraser works out for nearly six hours every day. He runs outside in any weather with no water. Fraser can carry before, after, or in the middle of his cardio workout. He found the sport exhausting until he lost weight. His cardio was also lacking, so he concentrated on sprints and athletics.
He also enlisted the help of a coach to help him with his technique and form. Mat Fraser climbs ropes and does gymnastic ring tricks. He does almost everything. In his spare time, he stretches for hours. Mixing it up keeps him strong and agile no matter what the Games throw at him.

When Fraser is injured, he considers coaching.
‘You’ll be doing so many different movements.’ Maintain your injury by modifying nearly everything and still training.’

‘For the time being, it’s just attending to the pain.’ As a result, you’re going to feel good about it.
