Marcellus Wiley, a former NFL defensive back and SportsNation co-host, recently welcomed his third daughter. Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, however, the retired athlete and his wife had to make a difficult decision about the birth of their fourth child.
Wiley, a former NFL player, is happily married to his long-time partner, Annemarie Wiley. In addition to being a devoted husband, the former ‘SportsNation’ co-host is a proud father who just welcomed his third child.
However, because most hospitals were beginning to fill up due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the retired NFL defensive back and his wife had to make a difficult decision about the birth of their fourth kid.
The Couple Overcame Anxiety To Deliver Daughter Before Due Date
Marcellus’ wife had some issues just a few weeks before the delivery of their fourth child, Alivia, despite the fact that there were no issues during the birth of their other three children. The COVID-19 pandemic was spreading over the world at the time, and patients were being hospitalized on a big basis.
As a result, Marcellus’ wife, Annemarie, became nervous and anxious, and she was admitted to the hospital, where she had to deliver Alivia a week before her due date.

Despite this, the delivery went smoothly, and both the baby and the mother were unharmed. Since then, the father of four has been continuously displaying photos of his children and providing updates about them.
The Speak For Yourself co-host and his wife now have four children: Morocca, Ariya, and Alivia Wiley, three daughters, and Marcellus Junior, a male.
Morocca, Marcellus’ first child, was born on February 25, 1999. Marcellus Junior, his second child, was born on August 12, 2015. Ariya Jayne, his second daughter, was born on January 21, 2019. Alivia Marie, the couple’s third child, was born on March 27, 2020.
Wiley and his six children are currently residing in their lovely home. In the foreseeable future, it appears that the family will grow. Marcellus mentioned in an Instagram photo from July 8, 2020, where he was seen with his four children, that there is room for one more child if his wife agrees.

The lawfully married husband of Annemarie Wiley, a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, the former NFL player turned host (CRNA). After years of dating, they finally decided to become engaged in mid-2012, and two years later, on June 18, 2014, they exchanged wedding vows.

Marcellus posted a photo of his wedding to Instagram on June 18, 2019, wishing his wife a happy fifth wedding anniversary. On his wife’s birthday, April 17, 2020, he also uploaded some wonderful images. He commended Annemarie for being the major foundation of love in his family in the message.
Well, based on all of the great posts he publishes and the wonderful words he uses as captions, the married couple’s bond appears to be unbreakable, and their love increases with each new day.
