In the YouTube vs. Tik-Tok boxing challenge, Vinnie Hacker was the only Tik-Tok team member to win. He defeated Youtuber Deji, who has over 10 million subscribers. So, if you’re interested in learning more about  Hacker’s workout and diet plan, keep reading.

I can’t tell you what Vinnie likes to eat because his diet isn’t public yet. However, I’ve seen and checked a lot of other players who were involved in the content. So I’ll give you a diet plan that’ll help you build a body like Vinnie Hackers. It’s important to remember that this isn’t Vinnie’s diet, but rather a diet I devised for you.

Vinnie Hacker, an 18-year-old Tik-Tok player who defeated Deji, the only YouTuber who lost the match. Everything was going swimmingly for the entire YouTube roster until Deji showed up and was beaten to a pulp. I’m still not sure whether Vinnie won because he put in a lot of training time or because Deji acted like it was a joke.

I couldn’t believe they let Deji fight Vinnie because he was so bad. But that’s a topic for another article; right now, we need to know Vinnie’s workout routine that helped him get in such great shape. I saw Vinnie’s interviews with Hollywire and other media outlets, and he never said anything negative about Deji before the fight.

While expressing respect, he also stated that he is working hard and trying his hardest to improve his boxing. Vinnie had a perfect body shape even before the boxing match, which is the only reason he became famous on Tik-Tok. No offense, but I’ve seen Vinnie’s tik-toks, and he’s always naked and doing nothing the majority of the time.

Now, when it comes to his workout, he usually does boxing, cardio, and some weight training. Because there isn’t a specific workout routine available, I can’t tell you exactly what Vinnie would do for his workout. However, I can still try to give you a workout routine to help you achieve Vinnie’s body shape and fitness. We’ll train and work out for two hours every day, six days a week. So, let’s get started:

Cardio/Warm-up

We’ll begin by running for a few minutes on the treadmill or on the track; the distance should be kept under 3 kilometers, and the speed should be moderate. After that, you will speed rope for 10 to 15 minutes. You can also use the speed rope in between boxing workouts.

Boxing

After that, we’ll devote an hour to a boxing routine that includes sparring, speed bag work, and other activities. Because I am unable to provide you with much information about boxing due to the fact that it does not fall under my category, I recommend that you join a boxing gym and learn about the training.

Weight Training

You can now do a variety of workouts while weight training. Most boxers, on the other hand, concentrate on upper-body exercises such as shoulder shrugs, shoulder presses, deadlifts, bench presses, incline bench presses, and so on.

You can modify and update the routine to suit your needs. Also, include a 10-minute core circuit routine that includes exercises such as crunches, leg raises, resistance ball crunch, plank hold, and so on.
