(G)I-DLE Soojin Diet Plan

The diet plan isn’t mentioned either, but that doesn’t mean I won’t tell you about it. I believe we can take some inspiration from the diet of a fellow member. Shuhua’s diet was recently revealed, and I discovered it on the Koreaboo page.

She has stated that she eats a healthy diet and avoids fried, salty, and oily snacks or foods. Even the stews and soups are off-limit, what? The breakfast comprises one apple with some low-fat yogurt. Lunch is rice with kimchi (a renowned Korean meal), several side dishes, and beans, and dinner is a sweet potato with some chicken.

That’s not awful, but I won’t advocate that diet because you are working out too much. So I will upgrade it, and let’s transform it into an intermittent fasting diet. In which we can only eat two meals and one snack inside 8 hours of eating window.

Workout Routine  of Soojin

Soojin is one of the group’s best-looking and fittest members, and he’s been on my list of the best Kpop artists for quite some time. She has a gift for singing and is a natural dancer, but don’t overlook the time and effort Soojin put in to achieve her ideal body shape. Soojin, in my opinion, has the best curvy figure of the entire group. Look at that incredibly slim waist; it’s almost unfathomable. So, how did Soojin come up with that figure?

I couldn’t find much information about Soojin after searching for it, most likely because no one has revealed it yet. Groups formed a few years ago try to keep their identities hidden for fear of being judged for their methods. I’m not saying Soojin did it, but it’s something that most Kpop bands do.

However, we know how talented she is when it comes to dancing, and we’ve seen many of Soojin’s performances. Soojin spends at least two hours in each class due to the group’s regular practice. Who knows the exact time, so it could be even more. Nonetheless, we can say that dance practice has a significant impact on her fitness.

Soojin, like many other Kpop artists, may be involved in other activities. That’s why I’ll show you how to get a body like Soojin by following my version of the Kpop workout routine. We’ll do a variety of workouts and train twice a day for a total of three hours. So, let’s get started with the workout:

Morning Workout

We will do a cardio and core workout in the morning training. We’ll keep the dance routine for cardio only, as that’s the best way to replicate Soojin’s results. Now you’ll spend one to two hours dancing, which will help you burn more than 500 to 700 calories, possibly even more, depending on your weight.

We’ll do a core workout after you’ve finished working out and getting your metabolism going. It will be a quick 20 to 30 minute workout that will help you achieve Soojin’s slim waistline. So, here are some exercises to try:

Rest time after the whole circuit: one to two minutes

Evening Workout

We’ll do stretching workouts in the evenings, such as aerobics, yoga, and pilates. I recommend doing yoga and pilates, which are the most popular exercises among Kpop stars. Celebrities such as Jennie, Rose, Miley Cyrus, Bella Hadid, and others follow one of these two workout routines on a regular basis.
