Ye-Jin is a model and actress. We’ve all seen her on TV and in movies, but many of us admire how she keeps her body in shape. We all know that working out entails a variety of factors, including your personal motivation. Ye-Jin, believe it or not, enjoys working out and staying in shape for her daily workouts.

I came across this video of Jin speaking with Kocowa TV about her regular workout routine. For the past ten years, Ye-Jin has been doing Pilates and TRX routines at her favorite Pilates studio. That interview was published in 2018, so Jin has been there for nearly 13 years. Aside from that, Son Ye-instructor Jin’s mentions that she is a certified TRX trainer herself.

It’s no surprise that Son Ye-Jin is in such good shape and looks so good. She clearly knows what she’s doing. Ye-Jin is seen doing a full-body workout routine in that video. On the TRX strap, Son Ye-Jin demonstrated squats, lunges, step-ups, planks, mountain climbers, in and out, and a variety of other exercises.
