Scanlan Shorthalt is a fictional D&D character from the Critical Role channel and series. He is a gnome bard and a member of Dranzrl’s Spectacular Travelling Troupe’s supporting cast.

His journey is intended to support his single mother, and it takes him on a number of perilous adventures. Many people are inspired by him and want to do the same workout as him, so keep reading if you want to do the Scanlan Shorthalt workout as well.

Workout Routine of Scanlan Shorthalt

Scanlan Shorthalt is a gnome bard who is supposed to be a fantastic character but has already died twice, and I’m not sure how many more times he will.

Scanlan Shorthalt isn’t very tall, and his armor class isn’t great because he’s a gnome, so he’s not very durable. Scanlan Shorthalt also lacks a suitable strength modifier, which means that if you’re up against a solid AC foe, his roles must be higher than 11 on each role or he’ll miss every time.

He may appear to be a poor choice, but his abilities are all contained within his spells. Scanlan Shorthalt wields a wand that shoots fireballs, magic missiles, and Bardic Inspiration, among other things.

So he can get some temporary hit points for himself and his team and attack from behind with magic missiles and fireballs without worrying about getting enough to hit on the role.

Furthermore, his maximum HP is 183, indicating that he is unquestionably not as weak as many of you believe; Scanlan Shorthalt is simply easy to injure.

As a result, he has already died twice and will most likely die again at the upcoming camping. So, how do you get in shape to be as strong as Scanlan Shorthalt?

Well, if you want to get a Scanlan Shorthalt-type fitness, I would recommend going with someone else. You’d have to lift some weight and concentrate on activities like hiking, trekking, and so on. It would also help if you looked good; Scanlan Shorthalt has a charm rating of 22+ (I’m not sure why).

Outdoor/Cardio

We’ll start our day with cardio; you can do anything from running to cycling as part of your cardio routine. It would be fine to go trekking or hiking in the nearby mountains or forests. You can do a variety of things, but I recommend running for 5 kilometers every day; it is good for your entire body and provides an overall healthy workout.

Weight Training

For weight training, we’ll do the mixed weight training routine for four days. Because Scanlan Shorthalt isn’t the most durable character, we don’t need to train as hard with weights, so you can go from light to moderate weight with 10-15 reps. However, once you’ve completed your weight training, we’ll do an excellent quick core routine.
