Workout Routine for PontiacmadeDDG

DDG is one of the rappers who put his career on the line for the fight; imagine what would have happened if it hadn’t gone well. We’ve seen a lot of YouTubers go to boxing with a lot of social media influencers and fight it out like it’s nothing. So, what is it about YouTube stars like DDG’s training that makes them so good at fighting?

We noticed that YouTube is represented by Faze Jarvis, who works in the same field as DDG. What are the activities now that Faze Jarvis has won the fight and done so by knockout, and now DDG has done the same? I couldn’t figure out any Insiders as I tried to figure out the routine because DDG had also stopped making vlogs. From now on, he won’t be making any vlogs or posting any content on YouTube other than his music videos.

So I guess we’ll do something similar to Faze Jarvis, as I know DDG was putting in a lot of work in the gym. He went to the gym six days a week for two to three hours a day, practicing boxing, cardio, weight training, and other exercises. So that’s how we’ll approach his workout as well; we’ll train for two to three hours six days a week. Let’s get this party started:

The PontiacmadeDDG workout includes the following:

Cardio

Begin with a warm-up and cardio routine, which may include running or speed rope, among other things. Keep in mind that as a boxer, your stamina is extremely important, so keep it up. I recommend doing a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cardio routine to help you gain stamina and keep your body in great shape.

Boxing

The next hour to an hour and a half will be devoted to boxing, with shadow boxing, sparring, light and heavy pad workouts, and so on. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide you with a boxing workout because it is outside of my expertise; therefore, you should join a nearby boxing gym and train according to the trainer’s instructions.

Core/Weight Training

Weight training will consist of a variety of routines, primarily in HIIT supersets. We’ll do 6 to 8 quick exercises, and you can mix and match exercises based on your boxing trainer’s recommendations.

Deadlifts, bench presses, shoulder shrugs, delt flyes, lateral raises, and other exercises that I would recommend focusing on are deadlifts, bench presses, shoulder shrugs, delt flyes, lateral raises, and so on. After weight training, make sure to do a circuit cardio routine every day. To be a boxer, you must train your core every day.
