Meg Donnelly’s workout includes the following:-
Dancing
Meg talked about her routine and what she does in her interview with Cools. Cools asked Meg Donnelly if she has a morning workout routine in that interview. Meg responded that she is not a morning person and that she does all of her dance practice and workout in the afternoon.
You can also see Meg doing dance practice for over 45 minutes in this photo she posted on her Instagram account. To achieve the best results, we will hold an hour of dance classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
HIIT Workout by Meg Donnelly
Meg also clarified that by ‘workouts,’ she means that she does more than just dance. Looking at her body, it’s safe to assume that she keeps her body in shape by doing HIIT bodyweight workouts or resistance workouts at home or while traveling. As a result, we’ll do this workout every week on Tuesday and Thursday.

Group Activities
If you don’t want to work out at home, try a spin class, barre class, Zumba, yoga, pilates, or another group exercise. The best thing about group exercises is that they motivate you and allow you to push yourself further than you could if you were doing them alone. For the best results, either do this or combine the HIIT workout with dance classes.
