However, many Lorde fans admire Lorde’s beauty and lean body shape, and we can see that she has gotten even more toned in her recent album and on her live performances, which she does on a variety of shows.
So, how does Lorde stay in shape, and what does a typical Lorde workout look like on a busy day? Don’t worry, I was able to learn everything I know about Lorde’s workout from an article in Women’s Health in which they interview her trainer “Kimmel” and inquire about the routine. Her workouts are usually only 30-40 minutes long because she is so busy with the tour, according to Kimmel of Women’s Health.
They try to get in a workout whenever they can while on tour, which is why you can find pictures of Lorde running and doing a kettlebell workout before the tour on Google. When they aren’t on tour, however, Kimmel makes Lorde work out for an hour and a half. So that’s where they’d do a variety of different workouts.

Warm-up & Cardio
When they’re on the road and busy, Kimmel makes Lorde do a 30-minute workout that includes jogging and yoga. When they aren’t on your schedule, Lorde’s workout begins with a 15-minute cardio routine, which she usually does by jogging for 15 minutes, but you can do any cardio workout. Following that, Lorde will do a 15-20 minute yoga warm-up.
Circuit Routine
After She finishes that, Kimmel has her do workouts that include both traditional weight training and Pilates and Barre moves and exercises. Kimmel shares two workouts that she has forced Lorde to do in the gym in an article for Women’s Health, and these two workouts are:

- Kneeling single-arm overhead press x 10 on each side
- Forearm plank x 45 seconds
- Get-ups
- Reverse crunches x 20
- Single-leg bridges x 10 on each side
- Slow Pilates roll-ups x 12 reps
Routine 2
- Side lunge into a curtsy squat x 12 on each side
- High side plank with an elevated top leg x 30 seconds on each side
- Front leg swings into a backward lunge x 12 on each side
- Deadlifts x 12
- Triceps extension
- High knees x 45 seconds
- Second position knee bend x 12, hold the last bend for 45 seconds
