I would say he might do four-five days of weight training. Of course, I have no proof, but having seen so many K-pop idols’ workouts and routines, I am aware of the basic workouts they must maintain. So let’s get you a workout routine that will help you achieve Lee Jun-body young’s shape.

Lee Jun-workout young’s consists of the following:

Training For Weight

We’ll begin by lifting weights for four days. For that, I recommend starting with a basic weight-training routine to help you develop a body structure.

Every day, we’ll train two muscle groups, and because the intensity will be high, I recommend lifting moderate weights and doing more reps rather than heavy weights and doing fewer reps. Before beginning weight training, do a quick warm-up.

Sets: 3-4

Reps: 12-15

Chest and Triceps

  • Push-ups
  • Bench press
  • Dumbbell press to flyes
  • Cable flyes
  • Triceps pushdowns
  • Triceps skull crusher
  • Triceps dips

 Back and Biceps

  • Pull-ups
  • Cable rows
  • Lat pulldowns
  • Barbell rows
  • Dumbbell curls
  • Rope biceps curls
  • Hammer curls

 Shoulder and Delts

  • Dumbbell shoulder press
  • Dumbbell lateral raises
  • Front raise
  • Cable upright rows
  • Shoulder shrugs
  • Bent-over dumbbell lateral raises
  • Delt flyes

 Lower body

  • Warm-up (deadlifts)
  • Deadlifts to dumbbell sumo squats
  • Hack squats to walking lunges
  • Stiff leg deadlift to squat variation
  • Leg extension to curls

Dance

We will do an hour of dance workouts on the remaining days of the week. This routine will help you stay lean, burn calories, and make you flexible.

As we’ve seen, Lee Jun-young incorporates a dance routine into his workout, so you should definitely include an hour of dancing when you’re not lifting weights. So there will be three days of dance and four days of weight training.
