Juanpa was a super skinny actor and YouTuber who began his journey in 2017 when he participated in a fitness challenge. The first day of the fitness challenge can be seen on YouTube. However, he didn’t stick to it for long enough and gained a lot of weight. Juanpa took a break from work for almost three years after that.

In 2020, he began working out and gradually transformed his body from skinny to lean. Juanpa’s body shape isn’t particularly bulky right now, but it’s much better and more attractive than it was previously. Juanpa doesn’t do much cardio, maybe as a warm-up, but he doesn’t go too hard on cardio. He already has a hard time gaining muscle; his metabolism is extremely fast, regardless of what he eats. As a result, Juanpa Zurita avoids cardio in favor of exercises such as weight training and strength training.

It has been proven that doing fewer reps and heavier weights on each set is the best way to gain muscle. So, with controlled movements, we’ll keep our workout reps low and weight high.
