Workout Routine for NCT Jaemin

Jaemin is a rising star in the Kpop industry, despite the fact that he is still quite young. He has already achieved a great deal of fame, and he will undoubtedly become one of the most well-known figures in the industry in the future. Jaemin, on the other hand, must maintain his physical appearance in order to keep everything going for him. So, how does Jaemin maintain his lean and muscular physique?

I looked up a few things and couldn’t find much information about his workout routine. However, I am aware that they all work out in some way. I even saw a video of NCT members stretching and performing specific exercises, which you can see here. Most NCT members, in my opinion, don’t go to the gym very often and only train when they need to lose weight.

As a workout, their dance practice is more than enough to keep NCT members in shape. We all know that one of the most important aspects of the Kpop industry is dancing. Every singer or artist in the Kpop industry must dance, and Jaemin is no exception. To keep his shape and skills, he dances for two hours at least five days a week. He does a variety of exercises after and before the dance, such as stretching and bodyweight exercises.

I’d create a routine for you to follow in order to get in shape like Jaemin. We’ll train twice a day, dividing cardio and toning workouts, as per my favorite Kpop routine. We’ll also keep the workouts to three hours per day and train five days a week.

Routine in the Morning

We will do exercises in the morning routine that will focus on the cardio routine. You can either follow Jaemin’s method of precise dance practice, which I recommend. If you don’t want to dance, you can do other exercises such as running, biking, yoga, pilates, and so on. This will be our main workout, so we’ll need at least one to two hours.

Evening Schedule

In the evening routine, we will focus on workouts that include free body exercises and some stretching. You can also try out the video workouts that NCT posted on their V-Live channel. The goal is to concentrate on full-body exercises that will help you tone muscles, such as push-ups, squats, planks, crunches, and burpees. It will be the best option to stretch after you have completed your workout.
