Isabela Moner’s diet is a mixed one; it’s not as strict as you might think; she enjoys vegetables, fruits, chicken, protein foods, low carbs, and, as she stated in an interview with Teen Vogue, she occasionally enjoys chicken wings. Isabela Moner drinks a lot of water throughout the day as well.

Now, I don’t have her exact diet plan, but I can provide you with my own version that you can follow.

Workout Routine of Isabela Moner

Isabela is a teenager, but her workout is suitable for anyone of any age, whether you are a 19-year-old or a 30-year-old woman. Isabela has kept her incredible physique by working out frequently, almost every day. Isabela usually works out at the gym, but since we’re all stuck inside these days, Isabela does all of his workouts at home.

Isabella’s workout includes a combination of weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. Isabela also does some cardio; I found some of her videos, which I will share with you, to give you an idea of her workout routine.

Isabela’s workout is more focused on the lower and core body than the other body parts. So we’ll do the same thing: each day, we’ll train our upper body less and our core and lower body more. So let’s take a look at Isabela’s workout:

Isabela does a little cardio before starting her workout routine, as I mentioned earlier. The cardio here is to help Isabela’s body warm up and get the blood flowing before the real workout. She enjoys doing 20 to 30 minutes of cardio exercise on the treadmill, where she runs at a moderate speed.

Bodyweight Exercises and Weight Training

Isabela also does a mixture of things, such as this workout, where she combines weight training and bodyweight exercises. You have to see Isabela do weighted lunges, weighted good mornings, weighted step-ups, weighted squats, weighted glute kickbacks, and other exercises on her Instagram stories. She also incorporates other exercises such as glute kickbacks, bodyweight squats, donkey kickbacks, hip thrusters, and so on, all of which are mostly bodyweight exercises. Isabela has dumbbells and other necessary equipment at her home, so she can work out whenever she wants.

Apart from that, Isabela does a few minutes of bodyweight exercises for her core; you can see her doing in and out and other abs workouts in the video. As a result, bodyweight exercises are the most important part of her workout on which she concentrates.

Resistance Band

Isabela does a lot of resistance band workouts as well, and she recently shared one of her favorite resistance band exercises. Isabela was doing good mornings, banded glute kickbacks, side glute kickbacks, donkey kicks, and other exercises. So resistance band training is a part of her routine, which she incorporates while working on her lower body (you can watch the video here).
