HIIT Boxing
On Saturday and Sunday, we’ll do an hour-long boxing HIIT workout. The workout will last 45-60 minutes, with two minutes of rounds followed by one minute of rest.
Different combos, such as two-one-two, jabs, hitman punch, cross, hook, and so on, will be used in each round. Start with a 10-minute warm-up, followed by a 30-minute HIIT boxing workout, followed by a 10-minute cool-down and stretching session.
