Workout Routine and Diet Plan for Stray Kids Hyunjin: Stray Kids Hyunjin is a Kpop rapper and singer who debuted in 2017. He is a member of the Stray Kids group. Hyunjin is a lead rapper in the group who is known for his vocals.
However, he has a certain amount of celebrity due to his appearance and body shape. It’s not surprising that Hyunjin is physically fit; staying healthy is essential in the Kpop industry. So, if you’re interested in learning more about the Stray Kids Hyunjin workout and diet plan, keep reading.
Hyunjin: Diet Plan
I couldn’t find much information about his diet; there haven’t been many talks about it. Hyunjin, I believe, enjoys a wide variety of foods, ranging from meat to vegetables. For Hyunjin, it’s all about moderation and keeping the food under control.
If you want to look like Hyunjin, you should consume fewer than 2500 calories per day. Focus on protein-rich foods such as meat, chicken, steak, vegetables, and so on. Also, drink plenty of water to aid digestion and even give your skin a healthy glow.
Hyunjin: Workout Routine
Hyunjin is a very attractive and well-looking man, and I’m always curious as to how he manages to stay in such good shape. I tried to learn about his daily routine in order to figure out what he does to stay alive, but I couldn’t find much information. However, I will inform you of what I discovered.
I am aware of one thing he does on a daily basis, which is dance practice. Two hours of dance practice are required for the dance practice. As a result, putting in a lot of dance practice will help you lose a lot of weight. Aside from that, I discovered a video of Hyunjin and the rest of the Stray Kids members performing a workout routine.
They did specific exercises like free body workouts and core training during that routine. Other members, such as Bang Chan, work out in the gym, so Hyunjin may be doing so as well. However, there is no proof for that, so I’m just guessing based on the fact that many other Kpop artists exercise regularly to stay lean and gain muscle.
Even if Hyunjin is doing all of those things, I will continue to follow the routine we saw in the video. Let’s look at the training schedule for the five-day training period each week. I’d also like to point out that this plan is not for beginners, so if you’re new to working out, start slowly and at your own pace.

The Hyunjin workout for Stray Kids consists of the following:
Routine in the Morning
We’ll begin with a dance routine; it’s essentially the same workout I wrote for each artist because it’s something that every Kpop artist does. As a result, we’ll limit ourselves to one to two hours of dance practice.
So join a dance workout class, and this workout routine will undoubtedly burn more than 800 calories. Aside from that, you should stretch for 10 minutes before the dance workout to avoid injury.
Evening Schedule
You should do a weight training routine in the evening that focuses on isolated movements and single body parts. Follow this formula:
- Monday: Chest
- Tuesday: Back
- Wednesday: Shoulder
- Thursday: Arms
- Friday: Legs
For even better results, add a 10-minute core routine after your regular weight training. Keep the form correct and forget about the weight you’re lifting as we strive for a leaner, more muscular physique. You don’t need to lift heavy weights, and each exercise should be done for 15 to 20 reps.
