Workout Routine for Kakashi Hatake: Train like Konohagakure’s Sixth Hokage: Kakashi Hatake is a character from the Naruto anime and manga series, as well as Boruto. He is best known as the teacher of Team 7, the most illustrious team in all of Hidden Leaf Village.

Kakashi was also the Sixth Hokage, which means he’s one of the most powerful Ninjas, and everyone is ready to follow him. If you want to be like Kakashi and follow the Kakashi Hatake workout routine, click here.

Workout Routine of Kakashi Hatake

Kakashi is without a doubt the most interesting character in the entire series. He comes across as a very calm, controlled, and excellent character who is also funny and a little pervert at times. It’s fine, though, because he’s responsible and has never done anything pervy with a girl. In the Boruto series, Kakashi is also one of the most powerful ninjas alive.

His abilities are also above average for a ninja, and he possesses Sharingan, which he received from his friend Obito, making him even more important in Genjutsu and Ninjutsu. There are simply too many factors that contribute to Kakashi’s strength, including his reflexes, stamina, speed, agility, and a variety of other abilities, including control over his chakra. Is it possible to train and become as good as Kakashi? I’d say it’s difficult because most things are beyond the capabilities of the average person.

You can, however, look like Kakashi and have a physical body that resembles his. Kakashi has a body that resembles that of a K-pop or J-pop idol, which is why we’ll be doing a K-pop-style workout. It will also be very similar to the workouts of other Naruto characters, as they all have the same basic training and many physical characteristics in common. We’ll train five days a week and do workouts twice a day, taking two to three hours out of your day, so plan accordingly.

The Kakashi Hatake workout includes the following:

Routine in the Morning

In the morning, we’ll do one of my favorite C&C workouts, which is the cardio and core workout routine. We’ll begin with an hour of cardio exercise, which can include running, biking, and other activities. You can also do the dance workout like your favorite K-pop stars.

Then there’s a core workout, which will include a circuit routine that will take you less than 30 minutes to complete. It’s also one of the circuit routines I trust the most.

Circuits: 3

Exercises in each circuit: 8

Reps: 40 seconds

Rest time after the whole circuit: two minutes

  • Crunches
  • Resistance hanging leg raises
  • Side to side hanging resistance leg raises
  • Russian twist
  • Plank ball in and out
  • Plank twister
  • Plank hold
  • Side plank to a crunch

Evening Schedule

We’ll do four days of weight training in the evening routine, and then we’ll do a cardio finisher, which I think you should do with a boxing routine. As a cardio finisher, 15-30 minutes of boxing can burn a lot of calories.
