Styles: Workout Routine

Harry Styles’ workout routine includes a lot of live performances. He has been famous since he was a teenager, which led him to go on a lot of tours and perform a lot of shows every week. Aside from that, he works out with his trainer almost every day.

Harry Styles’ workouts last five to six days, and each day he does three different exercises: cardio, weight training, and yoga.

Harry Styles has been performing a lot since he was in 1D, and as a result, he has been working out at insane hours. He would sometimes start his workout at midnight, then sleep for 4 or 5 hours before going for another workout.

Cardio

Harry enjoys running for cardio. Harry Styles stated in one of the interviews that it is one of his favorite things to do when he wakes up. Styles would simply put on his tracksuit and headphones and run for 30 to 40 minutes.

He’ll be doing an interval training workout on the treadmill with his physical trainer when he’s not running outside. An uphill run will be used in the interval training workout, with the incline and speed levels increasing every few minutes.

Basically, it’s like running for a minute and then walking for 30 seconds, except the speed and incline level increase with each minute.

Performing

One of the most important aspects of any singer’s career is performing. Now, Harry Styles doesn’t just go to live shows; he also goes to a lot of fashion shows where he has to do a 100-meter walk multiple times.

When you’re doing that, it takes a lot of effort. Every day, he burns a lot of calories, especially with all of the rehearsals he does for the live shows.

Weight Training

Harry may not be the most muscular member of the band, but he is certainly ripped. With the help of his trainer, Harry creates a weight-training program. As a result, the workout consists primarily of two basic workout routines: upper-body and lower-body training.
