You can also try pilates and barre exercises, but I strongly advise you to stick with yoga because it will benefit you greatly. Simply ensure that you do yoga for an hour. If you have no prior experience with yoga, try going to or joining a yoga class.

Daily Routines

Aside from that, make sure you stay active throughout the day by doing anything, such as playing sports, walking, traveling, going to the beach, swimming, and so on. Do whatever you want; there is no better workout than staying active because you can have fun while burning a lot of calories.
