Diet Plan by Colleen Ballinger

Colleen stated in that article and in the video of her Vlog that she had lost a lot of weight and that she now eats like an average person. She does not adhere to any strict diet or exercise regimen in order to maintain her slim figure. Colleen starts her day with an almond milk vanilla cream coffee two hours after she wakes up.

Colleen also mentioned that she doesn’t eat breakfast and dislikes eating in the morning because it makes her feel sick. Apart from that, Colleen may eat in moderation and try to eat healthy foods on occasion.

However, now that her son is old enough to eat, I’m sure she’s eating breakfast because I saw a photo of her eating toast in her PJs in the morning on Instagram. Also, she ate a lot in this video she posted on her vlogs about ten months ago!

Workout Routine of Colleen Ballinger

Colleen Ballinger doesn’t do a lot of workouts or exercises, and you might be envious of her natural birthing process. Colleen has always had a slim figure and has even admitted in her vlogs that she was underweight before becoming pregnant and now feels great at her current weight.

Colleen lost a lot of weight after that when she was doing Broadway shows because she wasn’t eating properly. I checked her channels and tried to find a few things that I could do while doing my workout, but I had no idea what she does. I recently read an article in which she stated that she was not advised to exercise for six weeks after giving birth.

I gave breastfeeding a lot of credit for my weight loss, Colleen said, because it helped my stomach go in. She also mentioned that my weight-loss workout consisted of running around and taking care of my son. Staying busy all day and caring for her son appears to be a lot, but it was enough for Colleen to stay in shape.

Now, if you want to have her body, I recommend working out five days a week and getting plenty of exercise into your daily routine. It could be as simple as going for a walk, running errands, or even doing housework. All of these activities help you burn calories and keep your body active. If you don’t have a lot of time at work, you can follow this routine to get Colleen’s body.

Colleen Ballinger’s workout includes the following:

Yoga

Even before you use your phone or brush your teeth, start your morning with an hour of yoga. That is the most effective method for waking up in a peaceful state of mind. If you don’t believe me, try it for a week and see how easygoing and relaxed your entire day becomes. Yoga will help you burn at least 500 calories in an hour, and if you don’t have an hour, make sure you do it for at least 30 to 40 minutes.

Circuit Routine

A circuit routine performed five times per week will help you stay in shape and tone your muscles and body. It will only take 25 to 30 minutes in the evening before showering or when you have free time after work. Because this is a circuit routine, there will be no rest in between exercises; we will do one set of each exercise and then rest after the circuit.

Sets: 3

Reps: 40 seconds

Rest time after the circuit: 90 seconds

  • Burpees
  • Mountain climbers
  • Plank to alternative toe touch
  • Leg raises
  • Crunches
  • Push-ups
  • Squats
  • Squat jumps
  • Donkey kickbacks
  • Punches
