Cole commented that KJ appeared to be ripped, and he has been going to the gym since he was ten years old, so it’s great to work out with people like KJ. Cole also stated that all he does is go to the gym and do what KJ does, and he gets great results.

Later, he tells The People that he trains a single body part every day and that if a shirtless scene is about to appear in the show or movie, he concentrates on that body part. Cole will increase his upper body workout at least four weeks before the competition. Cole also mentioned that while he does a lot of weight training, he also incorporates circuit training into his routine.
