Blake Gray’s Workout Plan

Blake is a YouTuber and social media personality known for his tik-tok videos and incredible looks. However, we can’t deny that Blake’s appearance and lean physique have played a big part in his success. Blake used to have a thin and slim physique, but after months of consistent training, he has begun to bulk up and show some serious gains, so let’s look at what Blake is doing to achieve those gains.

Blake is a member of Sway House, which means he spends most of his time with the other boys. That’s why they all do essentially the same workout and do the same things. I checked out some of Blake’s other tiktokers, and they were all training together and following a very similar routine. You can see where Blake has been seen working out with other Sway House members in these two videos.

Blake has also shared a few photos on Instagram of himself wearing boxing gloves in the gym. Returning to Blake’s workout routine, I’d say he’s been doing a simple yet effective combination of weight training, boxing, and core work. We saw in those videos that they were not doing very rigorous training, and instead, the training routine appears to be fairly standard and doable.

Well, it may appear that way, but the reason Blake has such a great physique is that he has been consistent with his training, which is something we need to do as well. Let’s look at a workout routine that you can use to get in shape like Blake Gray.

Boxing

Three days a week for training

We saw Blake wearing boxing gloves in a post, so perhaps he does boxing a few days a week as well, which is why we will be doing boxing for 30 to 40 minutes three days a week. You can join a boxing gym or any fighting gym for that, or you can spar at home for at least 30 minutes if you already know the combinations and forms.
