Workout Routine of Beneil Dariush

Beneil enjoys staying in shape and working out on a daily basis. He does have a set routine that he adheres to all year. If you’re thinking something along those lines, you’re not alone. Beneil lives true to his name and, for the most part, puts up a good fight. That is why we all admire how he fights and wins these fights. So, how does he keep himself in such good shape and continue to improve?

I did some searching and came across an old interview of Beneil with MealPrepOnFleek; in that interview, Beneil talks about his training, food, and even workouts that he undertakes. I realize it’s an old workout, but I couldn’t locate the new one anywhere. There hasn’t been a current interview with Beneil, but as he indicated in that article, his routine remains the same, with the intensity varying.

So, returning to his fitness program, I believe we don’t need to be too concerned in this scenario. Beneil claimed that he enjoys trying new things and workouts twice a day. MMA sparring, wrestling sessions, pad workouts, weight training and conditioning, jiu-jitsu, and other exercises are part of his training. He is still training at Kings MMA and remains the same person.

Beneil spends Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at the Kings MMA facility, where he participates in a variety of MMA workouts. Beneil then concentrates on conditioning and weight training on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Later in the week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, he will go to a morning wrestling practice. Beneil also doesn’t train out for long periods of time because he doesn’t want to get wounded.

So that’s what we’ll do: we’ll perform a combination of workouts two times a day and five times a week. The workout will last two to three hours, with a short rest in between each routine. There’s also the healing time, during which Beneil will do things like massage and foam rollers, among other things.

The following is a list of Beneil Dariush’s workouts:

Routine in the Morning

We’ll focus on wrestling and other MMA skills in the morning routine, and, as Beneil indicated, we’ll focus on MMA training on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Then there’s the wrestling on Tuesdays and Thursdays, followed by an hour or two of conditioning training. The wrestling portion lasts around an hour to two hours as well.

Evening Schedule

You should concentrate more on conditioning and weight training in the nighttime regimen. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, continue with your regular upper body, lower body, and core workouts.

Then, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, conduct strength training to improve your overall conditioning. Focus on movements like deadlifts, bench presses, shoulder presses, squats, and leg presses while working out. Also, this workout should last no more than one hour.
