Austin McBroom’s Workout and Diet Routine: Austin McBroom is a tik-tok sensation and a YouTube sensation with over 19 million subscribers to his Ace Family channel. Austin and Catherine founded the company together, and it’s been more than three decades since they’ve accomplished so much.
Both are known for being role models and inspiring many people to get in shape, particularly Catherine, who recently gave birth to her third child. Today, however, we’ll look at Austin McBroom’s workout and diet plan, so keep reading.

Austin also consumes a lot of water, protein shakes, juice, and other beverages. He also takes vitamins and other supplements to keep himself fit and healthy. He eats a lot of healthy fats, protein, whole grains, carbs, and other things in his diet. Because there isn’t much information about his diet plan, I can only say that.

Workout Routine of Austin McBroom
Austin’s workout routine consists of a variety of activities; he used to be very athletic and fit in college, and he even played basketball for his college team. Austin used to do a lot of basketball training, which he continues to do in his workouts. Austin and Catherine both went through a period where they were not in the best shape.
Then, in 2018, Austin purchased a personal gym for his home, and they’ve been training together ever since, getting better and better. However, there is still no detailed video of them describing their workout routine, so I couldn’t figure out the exercises they do, but I was able to figure out some of the workouts and use of Austin McBroom, so let’s take a look.
Austin McBroom’s workout includes the following:-
Cardio
Austin likes to keep his quickness and fitness with a certain level of cardio exercises because he used to play basketball for his team. He engages in a variety of cardio activities, including rope jumping and using a treadmill in his home gym.
Austin also plays a lot of basketball and engages in a variety of driving and agility exercises, all of which can be incorporated into a cardio workout.
Strength Training with Austin McBroom
Austin enjoys strength training routines in addition to cardio workouts. You can see Austin doing some very hardcore and intense strength training exercises like weighted plank hold, for which he has used a massive tire, in a video below posted by some “Ace Family” fan. In that video, he also did bench press while doing flutter kicks, resistance band drilling, battle ropes while dribbling, and other exercises.
Core Workout by Austin McBroom
There was a core workout in that video, where he demonstrated doing ball throw sit-ups and other exercises. As we saw in the video, he does a variety of workout exercises to strengthen his core. Austin was working on his abs while working on his chest.
So we can say he does a core workout almost every day, for about 20 to 30 minutes at the most. You can do the following exercises:
- Pulse crunches
- Medicine ball throws
- Medicine ball Russian twist
- Leg raise
- The Medicine ball hanging leg raises
- Stability plank
- Flutter kicks
- Cross flutter kicks
- Weighted Plank hold
Weight Training with Austin McBroom
Austin also works out with a mixed weight routine, performing a variety of compound movements as well as some traditional bodybuilding exercises. There isn’t a single workout routine that he has demonstrated to recommend that you do a standard bodybuilding routine, focus on compound training, and train two body parts in one day, such as:
- Day 1 and 5, biceps and chest
- Shoulders and legs on days 2 and 6
- Day 3 and 7, triceps and back
- Day 4: Relaxation

When it comes to diets, Austin tastes a lot of clean and healthy eating, despite the fact that he has been seen eating a lot of unhealthy foods in his YouTube videos. That’s one of the reasons Austin has kept his super lean and muscular physique.
